Well it is ok but I didnt really want to spend 7 bucks on a rail shooter yes it is good but it has flaws like aiming aiming is really hard at times it is horeable to play moving or walking. I would recomend it to doom fanatics like me but I think you should get doom or wolf 3d. all on all it is pretty good.

Awesome Game! Cant wait for the next id iphone game which according to their site is doom classic!!!! Wolfenstein, This and Doom Classic makes id by far the best app makers! I just wish I had a better batterie life

This is a FPS "on rails". There is no "D-pad" type control; the game moves and turns for you (lame). And you lookaim by TILTING your device. Also lame. Its a good-looking game, though. But if YOU want to be in control of where you go and how fastslow to get there, youll be disappointed.

Besides camera that moves by itself the game is great!!!!!!

This is an amazing game. It uses tilt control which I thought was very good. Best graphics on the iPhone. The story was okay and the game itself only took less than 2 hours. Which is why Im giving it 4 stars. Price might be a little steep at 6.99 but I thought it was worth it.

Awesome graphics, interesting storyline and challenging gameplay - what more could you ask for? Great job on this one, Im finding that even after playing through the storyline, theres more to be done with the Challenge feature. Not to mention that, its got great re-play value, love being able to save your progress. Two severed thumbs up for Doom Resurrection!!!

This is a terrible, repetitve, and boring shooter that never should have seen release. Its easily the most repetitve game on the iPhone, and debatably the most repetitve game ever made. Its fun for the first minute, but then, itll make you almost fall asleep. You cant even move your own character, the game moves it for you, so you cant mike up any ammo or health you missed. The enemies are repetitve as it can get, and the whole game is basically just shooting and dodging when you have to. The music is awesome, and the graphics are some of the best weve ever seen in the iPhone, but that cant save this game from being one of the worst, tedious shooters of all time. Just buy the original doom. If you buy this game, you cant say you werent warned

Its something new for doom n not just the same crap as all the others. A little repetitive but still worth it if ur a fan of the old dooms and lookin for a change

At first look at the app store I thought it was a game like Doom 3 so needless to say that I was disappointed but its still a great arcade shooter with a few nice tweaks like taking cover and dodging

Best iPhone shooter. $7 is much tho. It should be $5. Lots of replay value and fun. Free updates with new maps would be really awesome. It deserves 5 stars. No 6 stars out of 5!!! THIS GAME PWNS!!!!

Seriously? Are all of you spoiled enough you dont even read the desription when you buy $7 games? Says in the begining(so u didnt even need to read the WHOLE description) that its a ON RAILS SHOOTER. So i honestly think those bad reviews shouldnt count. Thats like randomly buying a movie without looking at it, them complaining about it. @this game. Great for what it is. Good graphics and sound, and the tilt controls work awesome(surprisingly) :) Ps: just looked and EVERY SINGLE bad review goes "deeerp, is something wrong i cant control the movement. DERPPPPP. Seriously the FIRST line in the desription says "on rails shooter". You all bought something without even reading the FIRST LINE. You all have A.D.D, and diserved to waste 7$ lol XD

Starts fun but really gets boring and repetitive. Its always the same zombies and the gun battles are not fun and just annoying. A control stick would make it a lot better. But the thing I hate the most is that this is Called DOOM and looks nothing like the original DOOM games, just looks like a boring zombie shooter version of dead space. Maybe would be good for a 99c game but definitely not worth 6.99$.

I was expecting the kind of controls you get in Doom, not an automatic walk through of the game. Its very disappointing.

Love Doom original... This one one is just garbage.

Its a bit odd to be on rails but the controls still give a great survival feeling. Great design for iPhone; this is really a new Doom game.
